Compass advises Intro Group on its acquisition of BariQ.

Compass Capital served as buy-side adviser to Intro Group on its EGP 570 million acquisition of BariQ, announced in May 2021.

BariQ recycles post-consumer plastic packaging at its facility in Sixth of October City. The acquisition supported Intro Group’s expansion in waste management and resource recovery, adding to its investments in the green economy.
