Sarah is CFO of Compass Capital. Her transaction experience includes the Alfa Medical and BariQ mandates, the consortium acquisition of Rameda, and advisory work on Rameda’s Egyptian Exchange listing.
Before Compass, she worked at Pharos Holding, helping establish its asset management division and supporting capital raising during its first year of operation.
Sarah holds a BSc in Chemistry from the American University in Cairo.
