Bonyan began trading on the Egyptian Exchange in July 2025 under the ticker BONY.CA. The listing marked a new chapter for the real estate platform acquired by a Compass-led consortium in 2018.
From its initial investment in Designopolis, Bonyan developed a portfolio spanning offices and retail. The listing followed the expansion of the platform and the transformation of its original asset into the Walk of Cairo.
