Bonyan acquires six Grade A office buildings in East Cairo.

Bonyan completed the acquisition of six office buildings in established East Cairo locations. Together, the buildings had a built-up area of 74,227 square metres and a gross leasable area of 47,450 square metres.

Announced in February 2022, the transaction marked the platform’s first significant acquisition of leased Grade A offices, with tenants including multinational and Egyptian companies. It complemented Bonyan’s existing retail asset, the Walk of Cairo.
