Shamel Aboul Fadl

Shamel founded Compass Capital in 2010. Before establishing the firm, he was a Managing Partner at Pharos Holding, where he helped develop its investment banking platform and launched Pharos Asset Management.
His earlier experience includes co-founding Paragon Asset Management in Geneva and working at Citigroup and Mansour-Maghraby Investment and Development Company.
Shamel holds a BSc in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
