Tarek joined Compass in 2018 after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Palm Hills Development, where he led the company’s turnaround.
He was a founding partner and Managing Director of Akanar Partners, now Arqaam Egypt. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Beltone Investment Banking, Citigroup in London, EFG Hermes Private Equity, and HSBC Egypt.
Tarek holds a BA in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from London Business School.
