Bonyan adds an eighth commercial real estate asset.

Bonyan completed the acquisition of a Grade A office building in Redcon’s Golden Gate development in New Cairo. Located on South 90th Street near the American University in Cairo, the building has a built-up area of 6,888 square metres.

The January 2024 acquisition expanded Bonyan’s portfolio to eight commercial assets across East and West Cairo. It continued the platform’s strategy of investing in commercial properties for rental income and long-term capital appreciation.
