Compass acquires a majority stake in Beltone Information Technology.

Compass acquired a 51% stake in Beltone Information Technology in June 2012. The holding company owned Beltone’s sales and trading businesses.

The investment supported Compass’s strategy of backing businesses with long-term potential while bringing capital and management expertise to a programme of restructuring and operational development.
