Bonyan announced a capital increase from EGP 274.78 million to EGP 654 million in September 2018, following approval from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones.
At the time, Bonyan owned Designopolis in Sheikh Zayed. The capital increase supported the next stage of the real estate platform’s development under Compass.
