Compass completes its exit from CI Capital.

Compass completed the sale of its remaining stake in CI Capital through a secondary offering on the Egyptian Exchange in May 2019.

The firm had invested alongside other investors in March 2017, acquiring a stake from Commercial International Bank. A partial exit followed through CI Capital’s May 2018 initial public offering. The subsequent accelerated bookbuild completed Compass’s investment journey.
