Rameda’s shareholder structure evolves.

Compass concluded the exit of Raya Corporation and Sphinx Turn Around Fund from Rameda in April 2016. Greville Investing acquired Raya’s direct shareholding, increasing its holding in the pharmaceutical company.

The transaction followed a programme of operational development initiated after the Compass-led acquisition in 2011, focused on management, products, and production.
