Compass completed its exit from Beltone Financial Holding in November 2015 by participating in a mandatory tender offer led by Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding.
The firm had acquired a significant minority stake in June 2012. During the investment period, Beltone returned to profitability, divested non-core assets, and focused on costs and product development.
