Compass agreed to sell its full 51% stake in Beltone Information Technology to Beltone Financial Holding in December 2015.
The investment began in June 2012 and covered the group’s sales and trading businesses. During the holding period, the business developed new product offerings, including fixed income trading, and broadened its services.
