Bonyan announced the Walk of Cairo in January 2019, introducing an outdoor destination combining retail, dining, entertainment, wellness, and office space in Sheikh Zayed.
The destination grew out of the transformation of Designopolis, an asset designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The project reflected Compass and Bonyan’s approach to repositioning real estate around new commercial uses.
